Kia ora, welcome to Treat Me.  Treat me is a physiotherapy clinic that encourages a comprehensive, holistic approach to the assessment & care of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

We are all welcome… It is our wish to see everyone move, and move well. Treat Me has private & spacious individual treatment rooms and a fully equipped gym/rehabilitation centre.  We are accredited ACC providers, have a special interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation with experience in workplace injuries, vestibular care, and High Performance Sports – we can help with improving the quality of life and/or assisting you with your return to work or play.

  

We have an old school one on one treatment approach.  We will try to help you to understand the causes of your injury & provide you with effective treatment & self-management strategies using evidence-based practice.

We will work in with other treatment providers, refer if necessary to other members of your wider team, and as required or appropriate, refer you for primary investigations, all to promote optimal outcomes for you.

We are committed to further professional enhancement and evidence based practice and are currently working with the Southern Institute of Technology to further our dedication to research and development.
